To keep everything flexible, this can be done several ways. First of all, your Bid may be public or private. A public bid will display any and all information contained in your bid, while a private bid is, well…private. Only the Buyer who posted the project will be able to see your Bid information. Your bid may also be classified as a Pre-Bid or a Final Bid. A Pre-Bid is a certified Bid; however, it may be edited later, unlike a Final Bid.
